About Your Teacher

Hello 3rd grade families! My name is Melissa Lehenbauer, and I am excited to be a part of your 3rd grade journey this year. This is my 6th year at RCE, and my 5th year in 3rd grade. I love teaching, especially 3rd graders!

I am originally from South Carolina, but my husband is a native Missourian. We have one daughter, Rosemary, who is two, and a cat named Sassy. We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking. Our dream is to visit all the national parks in the United States.
